How do I place an order?
Easily place your order at the Racing Club Ferrol Official Store by following these steps:
- Find the item you wish to purchase on the website and add it to your cart.
- In your cart you can review all the items added during your purchase process, modify them and delete them at any time.
- Once you have your cart ready for purchase, select "Proceed to Checkout."
- Fill in your details.
- Select shipping method.
- Complete your purchase.
- You will receive an email at the email address provided, with all the information about your purchase.
How can I view my cart?
You will find your shopping cart in the icon at the top right of the page.
Remember to check your cart before making the purchase. You can modify the products in your cart at any time.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email at the address provided during checkout. If you have placed an order and have not received the email, please contact us.here.
How can I know the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping agency with all the tracking information for your shipment.
What is the shipping time for my order?
Shipments are made within 4/5 business days, except in the case of personalized products chosen by the customer, in which case, shipment is made within 12/14 days after the order is placed. This shipping time may be altered during sales season or when there are high order volumes.
Once sent, the delivery time will depend on the requested destination. You will receive an email from the transport agency with the tracking of your shipment.
How do I request a refund for my order?
You must -within fourteen business days of receipt of the order-, send by email to the address: tienda.rcferrol@smart-keting.com a statement to this effect indicating the affected order number as well as the product or products to be returned.
Customer service will assess your case and will tell you all the procedures to follow for proper return management, in case your return is approved.
How do I request a size change for a product that has been delivered to me?
Size changes are not possible. You can request a refund due to withdrawal of the product and make a new purchase in our online store.
